The course has been designed in order to give in-depth practical and theoretical knowledge of conventional and emerging areas related to electrical engineering with emphasis on electronics like electrical circuits, basic electronics, wiring practice, electrical machines, measuring technique, winding practice, domestic appliances & lighting and installation service & maintenance of electrical equipment’s. On successful completion, one can take employment with Govt./Private sectors as well as self-employment.
Unlike other courses, the ITI Electrician course is not for candidates who have just passed 8th but rather only for students who have passed 10th from a government of India recognized school board. Here are the general eligibility criteria.
