As per the gov authorities, below are the scholarship amount which would be is given to qualified students:
Scholarship Amount for ITI.

Terms & Condition for Scholarship for ITI Students.
1. Student needs to present Income certificate & below are income limits for each category:
- General Category: Yearly income should be less than INR 200,000.
- OBC Category: Yearly income should be less than INR 200,000.
- SC Category: Yearly Income Should be less than INR 150,000.
2. Student must be enrolled our course of ITI (Electrician, Fitter, COPA and Cosmology)
Documents Required to Apply for Scholarship for ITI.
- Marksheet & Certificate: High School, Intermediate & Graduation.
- Aadhar Card.
- Income Certificate.
- Cast Certificate: Required only for OBC & SC.
- Bank Account Details: Account No, Passbook.
- Working Mobile No, passport size photo
